Previously known as MagicPay, the loyalty scheme has since been renamed Tuskys Reward Card. The scheme enables customers to apply for a card. Once the application is processed, a card holder is issued with a temporary card that allows them to accumulate points. For every Ksh 100.00 spent, a card holder earns 1 point. Upon attaining 100 points, a card holder qualifies to get a permanent card. Redemption windows are opened periodically to allow customers to redeem their points and they also close to allow card holders to accumulate more points.
You can redeem your points at any outlet, any time, as long as the redemption window is open. Information on the running dates for redemption is posted in newspaper adverts, the in-store screens (Pop Media) and is also available at our customer care desks.
Card holders are urged to ensure they bring along their card when they come shopping. The reward card system is tailored such that one can only earn points if they present their card at the till while making payment for their shopping. As stipulated in the terms and conditions of the scheme, one cannot earn reward points if they do not present their card to the cashier during a transaction.
Card holders must report the loss or malfunction of their cards at the customer care desk of any of our outlets. Upon paying a replacement fee of Ksh 500.00, they are issued with a receipt and informed when to collect their new card.
If dissatisfied with a product or if a product is not of the right size or specifications, one can return it for exchange with the right one, as long as it is still in a sell-able state and proof of purchase is provided. Some products such as under garments are not exchangeable and therefore customers are urged to be extra cautious when buying the same to avoid inconveniences.>
