At Tuskys, Customer Service is the responsibility of every employee. We have a proactive attitude that says “we care" & we believe The Customer is King. Customer Centre is a new department within Tuskys necessitated by the need to consistently serve our customers better. Today’s customer not only expects good service, they demand it. Our customers want to be served with a smile. A positive, caring attitude, plus good product knowledge from our staff keeps our customers coming back. Customers want us to do more than just serve them. They want us to contribute to the local community and the environment. This has turned out to be an excellent way to interact with them.

We have put in place, systems that enable us to listen to our customers. This has greatly enhanced our services because we have learnt what we are doing right and where we need to improve. Additionally, suggestion boxes have been placed in each Supermarket so we can hear directly from our customers.
